Is there a way to order without using a credit card?

Yes - You can send a money order or check, just note that it will delay shipment as it takes longer for snail mail to deliver. As soon as payment is cleared the order will be processed. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

What shipping method does Treasuredetectorsolutions.com use?

We prefer to ship metal detector orders via UPS, but we can also ship via Federal Express, and regular US Mail.

From the time I place an order how long does it take to ship?

All orders for in-stock metal detectors that are placed Monday-Friday by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping charges for overnight delivery are $25.95 per order regardless of the size of the order or delivery location . Any order shipped standard UPS ground there will no shipping charges applied. All other shipments will be based on the shipping companies standard rates which can be viewed and calculated on their home web sites.

What is your return policy?

TreasureDetectorSolutions.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to info@treasuredetectorsolutions.com be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

What is the Warranty?
